I`ve used the same dish what I cooked me chicken in without washing it first and stuck me spuds in it with all the chicken grease.Do ya think they will turn out ok? I usually wash it then put fresh olive oil in then stick me spuds in but I`m too tired as I`ve been up since 3 am this morning.
They will be delicious! I quite often make a chicken in white sauce and use the previous day's fat and juices (from the roast, I mean) to make the sauce - it makes it all chickeny and delishEx board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
HELP!! Just checked on me spuds in chicken grease/juice and they have stuck on the bottom of the tin and burnt a little.
Do ya think I should just leave them or take them out and restart them in the clean dish?Debt Free Date:10/09/2007 :j :money:0 -
Can you take them out, add a little olive oil so there is a thin coating of oil on the whole dish, and return them? That way you shd get the benefits of chicken grease without the sticking (personally I don't mind if they stick
