Hi all,

Really didnt know the appropriate section to put this in, if anyone knows and has the power to move the thread please do.

I have recently, i say recently 2 weeks ago, ordered a protein supplement, from the following website:

cheapdiscountsupplemenets.com

I made the order 2 weeks or so ago, then recieved an email 2-3 days later saying the item had been shipped. After not recieveing the item for 6-7 prior to getting the email i tried to email them with the address provided on the website, i recieved a postmaster failure to deliver message back, i then tried to use the form provided on the website to contact them only to get another failure message reading as follows:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail.sportandsupplements.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Now im not too bothered about getting my £20 quid or so back but i was just wondering if there was an organisation to contact to make sure this company do not get away with mine and i'd imagine many other peoples money?

Cheers,

Tim

EDIT: sorry i should have said the purchase was made on a barclaycard credit card. OFT website doesnt seem to be working?!

  • Site looks Kosher (but you can never tell). Maybe a recorded delivery letter to their address - 3 Hardman Street, Springfields, Manchester, M3 3HF.

Be prepared for this address being false. Don't know if they sell Viagra, but if they do, then the address is a little bit unfortunate....

Did you sign-in to your account & look at your order status & check your order details.

Also sometimes the email address forms used on websites can different to ones used on secure forms from within websites if you login.

Also if you do a domain whois & check their email address they provide to the domain registrar that can be another good 'contacting' address ;)
