what to do with sliced ham?

i have a large pack of asda's thin sliced honey roast ham ( unopened) and its gotta b eaten.apart from omelettes i cant for the life of me think what i can make for t with it.any suggestions? not gonna see it go to waste.

    Rissoles - mince it up and mix with cold mashed potatos, shape and fry.

    pizza topping no good for today cos i dont have time to make a base.ate my last frozen pizza the other nite.never made rissoles before.how would i mince the ham?

    Or chop up and serve with cheese on a jacket potato...

    It tastes a bit like bacon if you shallow fry it in a tiny bit of oil - its nice with scrambled eggs then!

    Or make a cheesy sauce, chop the ham into it and add it to some pasta.

    ham sandwiches the obvious choice but wanted summat hot for t.forgot the ham was in the fridge otherwise most of it wud've bin eaten.freezing? not sure cos aren't you supposed to do it on day of purchase? has to be eaten by today.like the sound of scrambled egg and the jacket potato.son likes cheese ( me cant stand it) and neither of us like pasta.

    Cook leeks,wrap ham around the leeks and smother in cheese sauce.

    Cook some noodles in the microwave. I minute before the end add as much ham as you like chopped up.Finish cooking the noodles and ham.Tastes delicious. I eat this with some sweetcorn from the can cold. Everyone loves it at my house.

    I make 'magic rice' with my left over ham or chicken slices.
    Boiled rice, fried onion and any other veg you've got (peas, sweetcorn, peppers, mushrooms etc), throw the ham in with a good dash of soy sauce and chinese five spice or similar.
    Serve with salad....my kinders love this!
