As well as encouraging irresponsible lending which the banks get the stick for..

Think about it - how many property !!!!!!, start a business in something you've no experience of etc etc shows doesn't it all turn out nice again? TV companies have been fostering the "borrow loads you can't go wrong" image for a long time and are still hypocritical enough to run "evil nasty banks" shows - what a bunch of to$$ers!

watched this for the past couple of weeks, fair play to the ones that make it work but it is incredibly risky! :eek:

i've £125000 to pay off, don't think i could manage that in 1year no matter how good my foreign property developing skills were though :rotfl:
