Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 09049 59 69 79 and follow instructions; up to 3 entries per phone number. Each call costs £1.00 from BT landlines.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 84066 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 3 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 84066 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

· Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 3 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs £1.00.

· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 3 entries per phone number.

Prize:
The prize includes:

· Two tickets for the winner and one guest to the X Factor Live Show on 23 October 2010. Additional venue restrictions may apply.

· A Mazda2 3-door sports car including three (3) year warranty, breakdown cover, road tax for the first year and seven (7) days drive away insurance. The winner has the discretion to choose from a range of nine (9) colours (subject to availability). The car will be delivered to the nearest Mazda dealer within six (6) weeks of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a full UK driver’s licence.

· A consecutive two-night break for the winner and one guest to the Pennyhill Park Hotel and The Spa in Surrey with champagne in the room on arrival. The prize includes accommodation based on two people sharing a junior suite, breakfast for both days and dinner on the first night (excluding drinks) is included. A complimentary access to The Spa (please note, this does not include any treatments, payment for treatments will be the winner’s responsibility). No transfers are included and it is the responsibility of the winner to organise transportation. The prize must be booked and taken up no later than 31 March 2011. Blackout dates include:

o Christmas;

o New Year;

o Valentine’s Day (14th February);

o Easter; and

o Bank Holidays
