Change keyboard from US to UK settings?

Hiya. I rather stupidly set my keyboard up us US rather than UK and consequently lots of the !@#$% -type keys are in the wrong place! Is this easy to remedy? I assume this is why the clock in the bottom right corner also keeps resetting itself to 8 hours behind every time I log on?

Control Panel - Regional and Language Settings and choose English (UK) to fix the keyboard.

For the time, double-click on clock, Time Zone tab, choose GMT, and tick Automatically adjust...

Go to the Control Panel (Start button, Settings). Select Keyboard, then the location tab (called different things in different versions IIRC). Add "English UK" and mark the US version for deletion.

You will get a confirmation message and it will set to UK on next boot up.

In XP:

Start - Settings - Control panel - Regional and Language Options - Click the Languages tab - Click the Details button - Click the Add button on the right - Select Input Language as English UK - Select the keyboard laypout as UK - Click OK.

Then click on the US entry shown - and click the Remove button. Click Ok then OK then close the Control Panel.[
