I will keep this really simple.
3 months ago i had car insurance with more than... i then moved house, informed more than they told me this was fine and no extra cost or refund given... i then returned to my old address and more than have informed me it will cost £57... how is this possible??

Your moves will incur admin charges.
The first move may have been to a cheaper area, thereby giving you a premium refund, but the admin charge swallowed it up.
The second move back to a more expensive area incurred a premium increase. You also had another admin charge to pay. So this move resulted in the charge you got.0
