I purchased tickets to see Pink next Wednesday. I've just won and paid immediately. It's suddenly dawned on me its next Wednesday (I thought it was a few weeks off). What happens if the tickets don't get to me in time? Who's liable?

Did you agree ' pay to have them sent Recorded or Special delivery? That'll get them to you in plenty of time.
If not....the onus is on you. Make sure your seller knows the urgency ( they should do if they're selling the tickets! ) and no doubt he / she can get them to you in plenty of time.

There was only one option - Recorded delivery. I have shot them a mail asking nicely to let me know when disptached0

The seller would be foolish to send them recorded as concert tickets are not covered against loss, only special delivery covers them.
However that is not your problem it is up to the seller to cover himself against loss.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
