just got off the phone to them and they said they are having bad problems with 'anytime' and they are trying to fix it now.
Ours keeps freezing or bringing up a blank blue screen.0 -
sky + hd keeps going off and getting no satellite signal being received ...0

mine is still off, no picture or anything. I wonder how much this breakdown is going to cost them.0

Shot in the dark, but Sky are rolling out a software upgrade to the Sky+HD boxes in anticipation of the Anytime Plus launch.
Maybe its this thats screwing with your boxes. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
Same here tried Anytime but box goes into standbye. Shy recorded message says use website to reset. I totally disconnected my Sky HD box last night before going to bed and this morning after switching it on it was the same.0

It'a a widespread problem. Seems to be a dodgy update to Anytime.
Advice is turn off Anytime feature and stay out of Anytime menu until Sky sort it.
To disable Anytime:
SERVICES-OPTIONS-CUSTOMISE (scroll right)-ENABLE ANYTIME-OFF-GREEN BUTTON-SELECT
This temporarily works around the problem but it does clear all current Anytime recordings from the disk. It does not however affect your Planner recordings.

Totally agree with last post:
go to AVForums - if there is a problem - it will get a mention on there !0 -
do your statutory rights apply to a sky hd box
ie after 12 months as with other electricals or do I have to pay sky call out fee0 -
Had problems with ours on Saturday Night as well ANYTIME was not working at all, so we played Scrabble instead. Did the usual, unplugged for 15 minutes, switched back on. Seems ok no thow0
