Hi Tixy im doing fine thanks, oooer gosh id be in bed for a week if i had to go to the gym. I do love swimming tho, Cant you have a nice bath and relax. So you wont ache Sw doesnt need to go to the gym as she is so fit.

Did you see the size of my A** the other day. It is huge. I might have to go on a diet (i hate that word). Once the workmen go i might start jumping on my trampoline. So far i have done one jump this year!!!!
