Just about to get ready to pop down to the dr's to get me flu jab with my father,

Sugars fine today. V cold so will be marking in bed. So much to do. Good luck with flu jab, get some sweets afterwards as a treat maybe. VVVV cold today. But stunning outside. PS i dont have a nut allergy either.
I am very tempted to cancel tutoring tomorrow so i can do my report and not get stressed on Monday for work? I feel bad but i think i have to as i will have another panic attack.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
