Sorry I did'nt come back last night Ladie's,I'm on a dongle for the interweb and every now and again it *loses* the satalight conection. So took that as a sigh to have a early night.And now I'v got to go to work so will be back later.

Morning everyone. I have some news. The reason Steve and Andy didn't post yesterday is because Steve's dad has fallen three times whilst he has been on holiday at their sisters. They are really worried, they are going to collect him today. A long drive and then Andy is going to work afterwards. I am praying that dad is ok and things will be better when he is at home with them.

Angel nice to see you again and dear Boult too. This is what friends are for we share the good times and the bad times.

Oh dear SW - I did wonder why they hadn't posted yet - poor things, they must be so worried - I hope it was just because Dad was disorientated at another house and will be OK when he is home in familiar surroundings - I'll text them later with my support

I had another long lie-in this morning till 11.30 am :eek::eek:

So I'm just off for my shower in a minute then get ready for slimming club :eek: not expecting much this week, as we had a naughty day yesterday (feeding hubbie's cold, and I had to join him for support of course) - see you later tonight folks

Back from Slimming class - half a pound gain this week but pleased with that as we did eat rubbish all day yesterday - so was expecting a bigger gain than that - never mind, back on plan in the morning

Hope everyone has had a good day today - it's been a dull damp day here - no sun at all - I hate it when it's like that, when I have to have the lights on during the day :mad: :mad:

Just got in. I feel ok. Good day in my English nightclass. Well done on weight loss 3Dogs. It is v good. I dread to think how much i have put on in the last few weeks!!! But i have enjoyed every chip and bacon sandwich, i do eat a lot of rubbish and must stop. Maybe you will inspire me!!! I have just invited a hero to our thread meet. I hope he says yes. At the moment it will be just the three of us!!!!!

I have seen your doggies before - lovely. I do like it when people have pets it shows they are kind. I cannot have a doggie as i am at work. I am allergic to cats. I am just ringing Steve and Andy to see how they are.

hi guys, just letting u know we picked steve's Dad up, he isnt too bad, but has a cut to his head (not too bad) and a cut to his arm that looks a bit nasty. I think he is glad to get home, he fell four times while he was away. Drive was ok and have had a snooze this evening before work. Steve is stressed and taking time out to unwind, if at all possible, thanks for your kind words SW and 3 dogs xx
