I had only submitted an application, we didn't have a signed contract yet.

Just got application for a nice refurbished bungalow (BF has seen it, I haven't) so fingers crossed I will get it. Only it makes me homeless for two weeks so I shall be putting my stuff in storage and living on a narrow boat. Might try to see if I can find a cheap B&B, it shouldn't be a peak time now so might be able to negotiate something reasonable.

Hope everyone is well, must go and chill a bit, it has been one heck of a day.

Hi Marru, Sorry to hear about the Applicatiion for the home. Well my fingers are crossed for you and your BF and hope you get the Bungalow. Good luck in finding somewhere to live untill you get something permently.
