There are many many good people in the world. You must focus on happy things. Happy crying is good. Maybe you should take tomorrow off and refocus. Go for a nice walk, look at the colours of the trees, look at plants and nice things ok? And if you have time watch the film 'It is a wonderful life'. That always cheers me up (after i have cried a bit).
