We have to cry as a release SW - and women cry more than men generally due to their hormones. when your sugars are so high, it must affect your hormones, your adrenalin is low, and you can't help but get down and cry - it is medical

I cry at silly things as well as when I am depressed or hurt - if I am suffering pain, I feel really sorry for myself and cry - I can be a right wimp at times - but to others, I put a face on, of strength and confidence

still crying but not as bad now. feel so stupid. I didn't test i cant remember when i got in from work so i miscalculated my insulin. can feel arms now.
