I just read book called How to get what you want and want what you get by John Gray. Really good book. Problem for me with these is that it is not enough to just read them, action is required
Perhaps I should go through it again and this time stop to actually make the changes in my life. "Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Marru that's what i am scared of. I had to have cognitive behavioural therapy as i am not assertive and am too subservient and i dont know what i have gained after a whole year of visiting. But i shall be positive and give it a go. It worked for Firewalker and i trust her completely.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

Hiya Mr Fritter :j :j
Sw I loved the story - Mr 3Dogs thought you were going to say 'adopt 3 dogs' but I had a feeling in the last line that it was a cat - weird things cats:

No need to apologise

I am in the same running thread with Firewalker except I done hardly any running since doing Bupa London in May
I had CBT last couple of years back and it really did work for me. Even now if I get black dog moment I try to do achieve something small and then do something fun to relax and that seems to shrink the BD."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."
