What the heck is he on about? I can feel a cricket day coming on tomorrow. I worked with Ian Botham, Alan Lamb and David Gower for a bit many moons ago. I watched a series called Bodyline in the 1980s do i get any housepoints?

Dad watches cricket, rugby and footy whenever he visits mum and i just mark the men out of 10 based on their looks. :rotfl::rotfl:

Bodyline series was fantaastic SW - yes you get points for that :j :j You'd get more points if you understood it too ;)
All i know is Rangers wear blue and they were good. I will never learn any more now. Still there are plenty of other sporty things i can learn.

Rangers are good but not that good. The Scottish league is really just Celtic and Rangers (from Glasgow) plus one or two clubs chasing them a bit, and the others are no real competition. So their league is won by one or the other of them each year generally. Their league is not as strong as the English Premiership. Good though they are, it would be a very diffrent matter is they played in the equivalent to the English Premiership as they would have much better opposition

No SW, both Celtic and Rangers are from Glasgow - it's a religion thing - Catholic (Celtic) and Protestant (Rangers)

went out with a rugby player at university. Idiot expected me to go to his matches. I refused. What a prat???

steve i dont understand. Why would i ever play rugby. Have you seen the size of those guys. The rugby team of northampton used to come to my record shop they were huge. I came to their knees. I would last about one second in a game of rugby.
