if you have a look on amazon obscure books tend to sell well and for a lot more money than common books so I'd give that a go. And good luck your doing really well already.May 2015 £10 a day currently £2080

Hi - how much would you be able to shave off your shopping bill for Oct? Swap to as much Value/Smartprice as you can for the month, batch cook and freeze, no ready meals or takeaways and use up absolutely everything in your cupboards and freezer. The Old Style board will be able to help give you ideas if you have a weird mixture of ingredients!
HTH - good luck, although you seem to be doing really well so far!0 -
It sounds like you're already doing a lot of the possible suggestions. Are you good at crafts though? Perhaps you could make some hand-made cards to sell while you're doing the rounds on other sales stuff too? They go down really well this time of year.
Not so good if you don't already have the stuff at hand to make them though.
The records might go on eBay - do a quick search to see what they're selling for. If they're not going for very much, hold on to them and try a local music shop first - sometimes they pay a bit more (sometimes they rip you off though)

If the obscure books aren't listed on amazon look at bookfinder.com and addall.com to get an idea of prices.0

£178 left to get
I still have things on ebay and I have a stack of things to list but am just trying to get motivated.0 -
Well done for chipping off a bit more since last week
How do you do it when you have lots to list - the bite-size chunk approach of a few a time, or do you try and clear the whole stack at once?:T:j :TMFiT-T2 No.120|Challenge started 12.12.09|MFD 12.12.12 :j:T:j0 -
I have the same thing, got stuff to list but just gearing myslef up to it - will try and get it done before the weekend! Good luck with yours, will be lovley to pay the £300 instead of racking up a debt!0

I normally try and list a few things at a time whenever I have a few minutes, some of my things didn't sell yesterday but I am going to relist them so they are on over a weekend I think. I meant to do it last night so they ended on sunday night but I forgot.
I am considering a boot sale but with the weather so unreliable I am not to sure. All the car booties round here are outdoor..... I went to one a couple of weeks ago and there were probably more sellers there than buyers!!!
It is due by the 27th so I now have 3 weeks to get the rest.0
