SECTION 75 Advice Needed

Hello All

I just would like to know, I sent one of Martin Lewis's Section 75 Refund Requests, and as it states on the letter I expect a response in the next 14 working days, well I have not received a response! I had sent the letter by recorded delivery and it was received! so can I ask are they breaking the law by not responding in the days which I stated? Can the Credit Card Company be fined for not responding? Any Info very much Appreciated

Regards

  • you can 'request' whatever you like it doesn't mean that you are legally entitled to it nor that any laws are being broken by them not meeting your requests. Without knowing what you're asking for all I can assume is you're requesting the cc company to pay back money for something and in which case to force them you would need to take legal action. I suggest you follow the guidelines wherever you got the template letter from.
