Please keep us informed as to the effect of the dormancy on OH's membership status with Nationwide re possible future windfall rights. Since the money never left Nationwide, I would object to OH being moved to "second class" member status.
Was the money earning any interest or just adding to members' profits?
The problem with tracking down account owners at an address that has apparently vacated is that to do so might provide a second set of new residents with information that they could potentially use to defraud you & Nationwide.
But I'd better stop defending Nationwide or Liz will be down on me like a ton of bricks again
