Cheap and good quality business cards, postcards, leaflets

Hi

I am self employed and would like to make some business cards. I have heard of some companies that provide samples which I would be interested in because I'd like to see the work done before ordering a huge amount to see that I am not happy with it.

Would you advise me on any good companies or websites. I do not like the quality of vista print and the fact that their logo is at the back of my cards.

Your help will be much appreciated. Thank you

To be honest for bulk purchase Vistaprint are ideal. If you don't want their logo on your cards the pay for it to be removed as well as upgrading to a better quality card aswell.

I've checked out several printers around town and for me Prontaprint have been the best. I can email them a file and pick up the poster 15 minutes later, very good for promotions at short notice. Cheapest and most helpful printer in town too.

No idea how they are for large quantities but worth having a word with local printers as they can show you several different samples and of course prices vary according to the paper quality and finish you desire. If the price is within a few pounds you might as well go local as it will potentially save you money from ordering the wrong thing.

Search this board for cheap printing and you will find a number of threads on the subject. However the advice above stands: look at local, and pay for better cards from Vistaprint!
