I'd like to agree/disagree if I could understand your English - as it is I'll just guess !!

The BT engineer I spoke to a few days ago has his jobs organised by a facility in India - fact !!

The communication is poor and there are often problems - fact !!

This is not racist comment - merely observation that these foreign based help desk type facilities often don't work well enough - fact !!

I am not a racist or a sun reader so get your facts right, moron !!

work is not allocated to bt poling engineers from india ...fact....100% fact

If you can't reply politely, best not to do so at all.

Engineers are organised into district groups in the UK, and allocated by one of two groups - your plain 150 service guys can book appts, or it is passed down to engineering, neither based in India.

Or, gosh, this is a shocker - maybe you got through to an Indian who, wait for it wait for it, was WORKING IN THE UK.

I think the Coventry based BT engineer I spoke to may be aware of his facts, although I feel sure that a few of you would be happy to tell him otherwise on this forum. Fortunately when I was discussing the matter, we were talking face to face.

unfortunately if he told you his work was issued by someone in India he was talking out of another part of his anatomy
