They have dropped the rate from 2.65% to 2.25% for new customers, any existing customer with the issue 2 E-saver will still get 2.65%.

Shame about the rate being dropped as I've got to say the customer service from Saffron Direct was outstanding (I wouldn't have needed any if it wasn't for the fact that I f***ed up when I signed up and forgot what I'd put as my memorable word and it kept locking me out when I guessed wrong)
Every time I rang I got to speak to a real person in under 5 minutes, they always gave me their name and said if I wanted to call back I could ask for them in person, sending an E-mail to Saffron Direct got me a reply in under an hour and a half both times (obviously if you E-mail outside business hours that wouldn't happen)If you don't like what I say slap me around with a large trout and PM me to tell me why.
