Evening folks as iv'e posted a few times in this thread i wonder if i can join you guys :) will keep my eye peeled for any coupons.

    Hi Part Mouse

another newbie to welcome to our boards.

The only thing we ask is that everyone thanks Idlesaver on page 1 for keeping the thread going.

Without Idlesaver we would need to spend ages searching the thread for the coupons, so welcome, but when you have a spare minute put your thanks on page 1.

    CWxx:):):):):):)

apparently Tescos are, am going to try this weekend, fingers crossed!
they will not take any Morrisons spend and save from newspapers or anywhere else - they told me they do not see Morrisons as competition???
also have just read that others have had them accepted so must be at managers discretion - now where have I heard that before!!!!

i believe theyve lost £100K+ per week since coupon change so they
try and take every penny of you
i hadspend £220 and gave 3 x £10 morrisons vouchers and they said only 1 conditional coupon per transation(this is a new thing last week suposedlyforma checkpout superviser)
anyway we tootled to custermer services to ring head office when she couldnt get through she said will do this time
then they scanned at a pound and she called another store supervisor who said they wold not do anything about itas they will not get money back so tough i did ask to speakto store manager but no go
i said i will email terry and she went i9 suppose he will be in touch then
so 2hrs wasted and 220 of goods left for them to sort out

    Customer Service : 0800 505 555

    F.A.O : Team Leader
    Tesco Customer Service Centre
    Baird Avenue
    Dundee
    DD2 3TN

Send your receipt & Morris coupons to the above address and request for Money Card from them. Suggest you send by recorded delivery! dont trust Tesco!

Their letter to me : "We may request for you to send your receipt and coupon into us for a full investigation".

idlesaver : May I suggest that you edit post 7 to include above phone number & full address for other to refer in the near future. I hv no probs since I have the hard copy letter from them & I dont have any probs using supermarket conditional spend. My "T" now take Co-op conditional spend voucher but it does not scan at the till & I have to claim it back from the customer service as they know me now.
