Thank you! I shall see if they accept it. (To find the coupon, I had to click the little blue pdf logo.)

I received one of these in the post this morning. As it is a conditional spend voucher, I assume that Tesco will accept it. What will be interesting to see is whether or not, Tesco will still require you to pay with an Amex card - I doubt it!

Pleased to report that Tesco happily accepted the coupon and did not require an Amex card to be used as the form of payment. I shall be using a couple a week from now until 17th October!!

    Hi all

Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

I have a voucher for £10 off a £60 spend at Morrisons. It is only valid in the small print if you pay with a Lloyds TSB AMEX credit card. Question is will they know this or can I pay with any card and get away with it.

Also will Tescos accept the voucher if I meet the minimum spend there?.

    Thanks in advance.

My voucher does not state American Express Select, other than in the small print T&C's where it states on about the 3rd line down you need to pay with that card, and you need a magnifying glass to see it properly..... :)

There's a parallel thread running but just to say I used one that I had received in the post from Amex and not only were Tesco happy to take it but they were not concerned with the form of payment so I used my Visa card. I have two more and will be using one again tomorrow.
  • Ok, just a quick update for you... I went to Morrisons on Friday, tactically chose which checkout to go to....... :) and got my £10 voucher accepted and they never looked at what card I used to pay with. So a result.. Thanks
  • I used the voucher we were posted yesterday. The cashier deducted the voucher before checking the card I was paying with. As it was I was using my AMEX as we do all out monthly spend on it to earn the airmiles and then clear the balance every month.

Interesting that TEsco are accepting but would prefer that to take it to Waitrose!

Does this work at Asda? Can this voucher be used online?
