Received email today from Kenco - 50p moc prints 2 valid to 23/12/10 HTH0

after emails back and forth to tesco I think I have finally had a result and as I suspected the "ban" was not quite right, here is the final reply,
Dear ********
Thank you very much for your reply. I'm sorry if I've caused you any frustration, it wasn't my intention to do so.
I've spoken to James Sanders again today and he believes that it may have been the person who run the store before him who put your ban in place. The previous Store Manager goes by the name of Matthew and as we have no log of the incident, James would be happy to meet you to discuss the ban.
Can you please give me a telephone number and preferred time to receive a call from James? He'd like to call you so he can arrange to meet you in store.
Thank you again for your co-operation.
Kind Regards
Nikolas McBride

Installed coupon printer through cusheele website it but aol spyware has recommended it is blocked due to adware/spyware. Anyone else had this prob. Have uninstalled that and the beforeishop bit it puts on your program files just in case. Thanks for your help.
I think it does have adware on it, but you just have to live with it, if you want the coupons. Whenever I run Spybot it deletes the coupon printers because of the adware and I have to reinstall it. If I'm right, I think all adware does is give you promoted ads, as it monitors what you've viewed and targets ads at you.0 -
Thanks, this is actually the link for the free candle which I have been trying for weeks on my laptop to get it to print. I even emailed them and complained that although it kept saying I had printed it, I had not. Just gave this link a quick try and lo and behold was able to print 2 coupons for 2 free candles.:T
I also couldn't print these. It kept saying I needed to install Coupon Print Activator. Did this successfully according to them but still didn't print.
Checked programs and it wasn't installed.
I tried again today on IE - same thing happened but suddenly had the thought to try in Firefox and success - 2 printed.
Thanks Jefery & Judy - had really given up on these and was getting very frustrated at all the comments by everyone who was printing without problem and having the sweetest smelling houses!!0 -
Good luck Gill with Tesco. We are all waiting to hear the outcome on this one - perhaps you should go live on one of Martin's slots and show how persiverance can win against the big companies.0

I thought I had saved a pdf for the "Glorious" soup but cannot find it on my PC. I really like some of these and wanted to get some more before the coupon finished at end December. Does anyone have a pdf that they could send me please? Or am I dreaming and it wasn't a pdf?0

Hi - yesterday was the first time I looked at this forum and I'm struggling to understand some of the terminology. Can someone tell me what "prints 2/bottom" and "prints 1/top". Many thanks0
