Lost Parkdean booking confirmation email

Hi all

We are due to go on hols tomorrow to a Parkdean caravan site which I booked back in February.

Trouble is, upon searching through my emails, I cannot for the life of me find the confirmation email that it seems I am required to take when we book in!

I am having a bit of a panic now! It is definitely booked and I can phone them in the morning to see what we need to do but until then can anyone put my mind at rest?

I think you just give them your name and they have a record of the booking . I don't think I handed over anything.

Have you checked your phone bill to see the date/time you made the call, so you can thoroughly search your emails for just that date.

I never had to produce any paperwork when I go on these holidays just my surname and sometimes my address, you could phone them to ease your mind.

If you want peace of mind, just email me them, explain your circumstances and ask if they can re-confirm.

Yes just tell them you've lost it, they wont stop you going just because you've inadvertently lost the confirmation!!
