Ordered a coat from boohoo on wednesday. Paid next day delivery ROP

so should've come yesterday, it didnt.

Today, stayed in again, had to leave at 5 for work.

Come home at 10 to find a "you weren't in card" and that they've put it in a "safe place" - the front door?! I live in a block of flats. I've already asked the neighbour if she took it cause she works in the pub downstair so ran in to ask her and she hasnt.

What can I do? Is there anything?

You need to contact Boohoo - it is their responsibility to chase up HDNL, like its HDNLs responsibility to deliver it safely

Thanks, I wasn't sure if I had to contact HDNL or Boohoo. :S
