Hey,
I have a Fixed Rate Monthly Saver with Santander, when I opened it the guy made me fill out an R85 for gross interest.
I opened one of their Instant Access Accounts online a a month ago, I saw that they had deducted tax, so do I have to fill out another form for this account? Also can they give me the tax deduction back?
Thanks.

It is your responsibility to inform the bank/ financial institution of your tax status.
If you do not and you are taxed, it is your responsibility to claim the tax back from HMRC.0
