main prize-
The Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two to Islay, staying for three nights at Bowmore Cottages.
Islay is the southernmost island of the Inner Hebrides - also known as "the Queen of the Hebrides". Its mild climate and rich peaty soil make it ideal for creating whisky, and despite having a population of not much more than 3,000, it is home to no fewer than eight distilleries.

Bowmore Distillery Cottages encapsulate Islay at its beautiful, peaceful, traditional best. The grand prize offers our winner the chance to stay at the Bowmore Distillery, in the heart of one of Scotland's oldest distilleries.
Each of the Bowmore Cottages is beautifully renovated and furnished to 4* VisitScotland standard. All are located within or beside the distillery grounds and our winner and their guest are invited to join us for a complimentary distillery tour, to enjoy a dram and to simply relax.

Two runners-up will each receive National Geographic merchandise worth £100.
