All entrant’s houses/flats must reside within a 100 miles of W1 postcode
The house/flat must be available for a daytime recce prior to Friday 1st Oct by Beatwax production company
Winners must provide full access to their home from midday of 30th Sep to 11am 1st Oct
The winner’s flat/house must have ground floor access and not live higher than 3 floors above ground level
Have roadside parking
In the event of unforseen technical problems and we are unable to broadcast from the winner’s house, Absolute Radio has the right to move broadcast locations at any time. A neighbouring house would be considered, so we would ask for entrants to have a neighbour’s house in mind, should this situation arise.
Absolute Radio have the right to broadcast pictures / video coverage taken within the winner’s home on Absolute Radio’s website and for PR purposes
Subject to the size of the house, to limit the possibility of damage to equipment, Absolute Radio will have to right to control the amount of additional guest allowed in the house (homeowner and instant family excluded) during the broadcasting of the show
