    guys i'm having a problem claiming for our mser, she asked me to claim for her but it's saying user not found. do we have her email
    address wrong??

    Hi, no probs hun, it was wrong but I worked it out, then had a text to confirm it, but it had already gone through... think it was a - instead of a . or something like that... i was in a panic lmao :eek:
