Mr GB had his "Congratulations!" email from his win on 14/10, but the promised cheque for £30 within 28 days never materialised .
We've used the "Contact us" on their website to ask whether they'll be sending it 3 times now, but they don't even acknowledge, let alone reply. Very disappointing from a reputable company .

granny i vaguely remember a lot of similar complaints last year, though i think everyone did eventually get their checks.

I have a 'contact' from when I won last year, if you want me the email address, pm me. Although I can't guarantee the woman still works there of course

Thank you to all that listened out for names. (and gave me a much needed prod when my names appeared)
I too am waiting for my second and third cheques so that will be a great surprise if they do materialise at some point
