    But, I won last time they ran this comp so they'd already verified my name and address ( which took a while last time) - not sure if that is the difference or not.....

    They've not verified anything with me yet. I had an email the day I won saying they'd 'be in touch'.... and they've left me like a lost child, full of hope and refusing to believe that I've been abandoned.

    I should have been clearer - they didn't verify it with me, their email last time this comp ran said:
    Your cheque will be sent straight to your postal address that has been double checked using the post office website, therefore ensuring your cheque has a minimal chance of going missing.
