Loading Bay Help - in Barking Road

Yes I was in the Barking Road parked in a loading bay and delivering a package to the post office just on the roundabout.. I have a white van & I do leave a 'driver delivering/loading' sticker on the dashboard when doing so..
A week later I have received a PCN from Newham Council stating I was 'parked in a loading bay without loading'... This ticket was via the camera and not a parking officer.. They have put x3 images on the PCN but none with me actually opening the rear van door and taking out my package! It does state in the letter that I can view the video footage or request further images..
I do have a signed delivery note to back up my evidence..
I'm asking you guys what's the best way of appealing this ticket.
Regards

Probably better to try on the website below, they are experts at appealing these kinds of tickets, just register read the FAQ and post a new thread with this, they will need images of the ticket front and back, and photos of the signs and bay you parked at, remove all info that identify you and the vehicle and host images on tinypic.
Good luck
PePiPooExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0
