Monster scam ???

Options
Hello There,
I was contacted by telephone from a Co saying I can claim back monies I have paid out to a mortgage broker, this sounded good.I posted them copies of my agreement and told I could claim the fee back.I paid Monster Claims £47.00 but after several phone calls I am finding it difficult to contact them.
Can any-one help or advise.

  • Can someone place this in the appropriate section, its nothing to do with parking etc.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

After they have moved this away from this forum, my advice is below!

This is a scam imo if this is the website its gone! These kinds of companies are vermin, it looks like you've been caught!

    http://www.monsterclaims.co.uk/

Contact your card issuer and try a chargeback, I am sure someone will be able to help you who has more knowledge than myself once moved to the correct section.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

The other take on this scam is when you advertise a car for sale. "Good day sir/madam, we notice you have a car for sale. We're one of the UK's leading car finance companies and we have buyers waiting now willing to pay the full asking price for your car, all you have to do is pay an administration fee of £100." You don't see your money back or the car sold.

Hassle your bank for a charge back, don't take no for an answer.
