Direct Line Car Insurance

My mum has her car insurance with Direct Line, she has just got herself a brand new car and when she phoned them to tell them, they have charged her £46.00 "admin" fee for changing the details, is this right!!! We recently changed our car and our insurers Ensure didnt charge anything. This "admin" fee seems excessive when her yearly insurance is only about £150.:mad:
