Hi,
My Sky box occasionally 'freezes' - that is, pressing the remote control does not enable me to get access to the menus or to change from the current channel being viewed - and I have to re-start the box in order to unfreeze it. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be and how to fix it?

May be overheating. Is there a free flow of air around the box?
You could try a forced download of the box's software to see if that helps. See here:
