  • Perfect 10 Competition Terms and Conditions
    1. This competition is open to employees of secondary schools based in the UK, Channel Islands and
    Isle of Man who enter as representatives of their school. No purchase is necessary. This competition
    is not open to employees of Outlook Expeditions, their families, agents or anyone else professionally
    associated with this competition.
    2. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions. The
    Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    3. Entries can only be submitted by completing the online questionnaire – click on the competition link
    on the home page https://www.outlookexpeditions.com to find it. All requested details must be provided.
    Entry is restricted to one per school employee. Late, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be
    accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of dispatch or transmission will
    not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random under independent
    supervision from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name can be obtained on
    request by sending a self addressed envelope to Outlook Expeditions, 8-9 Chestnut Court, Ffordd y
    Parc, Parc Menai, Bangor LL57 4FH between December 3rd, 2010 and January 4th, 2011.
    4. All entries must be received by midnight on December 1st 2010.
    5. The winner will be notified within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw. Failure for the
    winner to communicate with Outlook Expeditions within 14 days of notification will mean another prize
    winner will be drawn.
    6. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to
    reasons beyond the control of the Promoter. Accordingly the Promoter may at its discretion vary or
    amend the promotion or the prize and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter
    as a result thereof.
    7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. However it is subject to availability
    and in the case of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control a prize of equal value or above will be
    substituted. The prize must be taken during the school Easter holidays of 2011; precise dates will be
    subject to availability. The prize as dictated by the Promoter is non transferable and there are no cash
    alternatives. Any imagery used to promote the prize is indicative and not a direct representation of the
    prize.
    8. One entrant will win a 10-day-expedition to Morocco for 10 students and one Link Teacher. The
    entrant must assume the role of Link Teacher – for details about what this involves please visit
    https://www.outlookexpeditions.com/overseas-expeditions/information-for-teachers. Other expedition
    participants must be from the entrant’s school and be aged between 15 and 18 at the time of
    departure. The winner can opt to select the expedition participants as they wish in consultation with
    their school. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission of any person to the expedition on
    grounds of safety.
    9. The prize includes return economy class flights from the UK to Morocco and all activities, group
    equipment, insurance, accommodation, food and drink and transport specified within the final itinerary.
    The prize does not include the cost of additional travel insurance or other additional costs incurred as
    a result of a pre-existing medical condition or any vaccinations or medication required. The prize does
    not include additional food and drink outside the budget, spending money for gifts, insurance for
    personal belongings, transport to the UK airport and personal equipment. The departure and arrival
    airports are at the discretion of the promoter. It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure they
    have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their
    trip.
    10. The winner and all of the expedition participants may be required to participate in related publicity.
    11. The winner and all of the expedition participants will be required to agree and adhere to Outlook
    Expeditions’ general Terms and Conditions for participation on an expedition.
