MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email !!!!!!.0 -

Hiya
Have you thought about doing extra easy? That way you can still have your beef and chicken but you can bulk it out with pasta and potatoes or something which would make it cheaper.
Also I would suggest to work with whatever is on offer at the time, and to try to shop at markets or grocers rather than supermarkets to get your fruit and veg even cheaper. Frozen fruit and veg is another option as that tends to be much cheaper than fresh, and less wasteful as you only use what you need and the rest won't go off.
Also I'd say to avoid doing anything with mince as unfortunately the extra lean is so much more expensive than the others and using those instead could really compromise your losses. Alternatively you could get the extra lean and use less of it and bulk it out with pulses or extra veg.

Thanks Rachael.I really dnt understand extra easy, Ive not joined the club as I completely cannot affford it so going off all my old books, bought some info on extra easy it was bit crazy.
Frozen veg sounds like a good idea nt though of that! brill.Total debt £17,135 total paid off £5250 -
Extra easy is really simple to be honest and could be ideal for you loving meat but wanting to keep the costs down.
Your free foods are anything that's free on original or green, and you should try to have a third superfree veg or fruit to get the best results. That can either be a third of your plate or just a third of the food you're eating through the day.
You have 1 healthy A and 1 healthy B everyday, and get your 5-15 syns as normal.
It is really easy to follow but can understand that it might be difficult to work out if you can't make it to group!
Does that make it any clearer?0
