Predictive text for Word?

My phone has predictive text for words i often use, when i text, email and edit word docs. How comes my laptop doesn't? Or am i missing a setting or something?

    Look under the Tools menu for Autocorrect.

    You can add to the list of words to be completed by adding them through the Autotext tab.
