Homebuyers report

We have just received our Homebuyers report for the property we want to purchase this morning.
Looks fine apart from a few 3s they have marked down. One of them is the bathroom which we knew about. The others look fairly standard.
Can anyone tell me if this is fairly standard wording?

Looks pretty standard to me , is merely covering his backside but clearly would do no harm in getting checked out by qualified person but on the face of it nothing to concern you about unduly.0

Smells of bottom covering to me.Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0 -
Thank you all for your replies.
This is what I thought. The utility was built in 2005 as part of the extension so I didn't think was worth getting them checked since the electrics and boiler in there can't be more than 5 years old.
I've decided today to get our builder friend to have a quick check of them before we exchange.
The surveyors do seem to cover themselves by saying to get all these additional checks. House purchasing is expensive enough without adding several hundreds of pounds for extra checks. I can understand it in an old property but in my view it would be better to keep the money for any repairs needed.Mortgage free wannabeMortgage (November 2010) £135,850Mortgage (November 2020) £4,7840 -
The supply company put the meter where they choose and they are responsible for it.
Had to laugh at this one - the meters are all really high up in our houses in this street (we're talking my 6 foot 7 husband has to stand on tiptoes to read them). Meter reader they sent around last week must have been 5 foot 2 maximum... didn't stand a chance.Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0
