Default Removal

Hello I am trying to get rid of a default on my credit file relating to farudulent use of my stolen/lost credit card. I have tried the organisation concerned and the Financial Ombudsman but both wont remove the default as the fraudulent activity used my PIN without any errors and so think I'm party to it (I guess). Any ideas how I can legally enforce the removal of the default (c £1800) ? Thanks

I understand there is a lot of fraud with credit cards, but also without evidence you ain't not a leg to stand on,everyone would phone up their credit card company and try this.
And think so many people have tried this the credit card companies have cottoned on to it.0
