Change of address - cards missing from Credit Expert report

Hi folks,

I've been changing all of my bank and credit card details to my new address and signed up to the free 30 day credit expert trial to make sure everything updated correctly.

As of this morning, two of my credit cards (both with the same bank) have disappeared from my Credit Expert report. I phoned the provider and they have my address slightly incorrect - it just listed the number rather than saying Apartment beforehand. (This is the reason I think they've disappeared)

They corrected the address and apologised, but does this have any adverse effect on my rating overall? I know that when the next update is carried out, these cards will reappear and everything should be correct.

I'm concerned as with all of the recent rate hikes and the excuse that they are using your credit report I now look worse as the current amount of used credit has jumped from around 50% to 82% although the amount of debt is less due to the missing cards.

Thanks for your help
Rob
