    That's for antivirus not internet security, I made the same mistake earlier.
    Thought I found the same on ebay new BIN for £5.70 inc. p&p.

    Thats for the old version current version is 2011 release to some locations 2010 current on sale everywhere . However if you buy last years version of a Kaspersky product they have let you upgrade the product within the lifetime of the serial .
    Serial for KIS 2009 should have no problems and be valid for KIS 2010 .

    KIS 2009 still better than the free AV suites .

    Dogmaryxx's original post indicates that if you buy KIS2009 then you can upgrade to KIS2011 without charge. I've done it myself, two or three months ago.

    And no, lifetime free upgrades only exist in a parallel universe - the poor chaps and ms-chaps have to make money in this one, you know!
