Isn't it a shame that all companies in these circumstances are not all as courteous as this. I know each individual request for help may be different, but a bit of standard practice in responding wouldn't go amiss. A little bit of help and courtesy can go a long way.0 -

I would frame the letter, in case you get another one telling you that they made a mistake.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
