I have cried and cried........I have court action against me on 7th Oct against morgage arrears and feel cant take the strain no more.....working all hours get money in...I know its my fault,my debt.Someone on here advised cancel card but C.C.C.S SAID "DOESN'T WORK" they class as soon as you sign for loan its "transaction from that point". How am I gonna live next month and another load of creditors letters

I've lost a stone in a week, sleep 4 hours a night, and constant ache in my stomach.feel so ill.....feel like running away...but there is nowhere to run......i read constantly posts on here and admire how people are so strong/determined/great people even in face of dire circumstances.....I feel like Im treading mud and in a living nightmare, worked so hard these last months and getting nowhere, everything catching up with me. Do you have a supportive GP. The lack of sleep will take its toll on you and you may have depression. Its just not possible to make good decisions and think clearly if thats the case, so apart from any other help you will get on her, consider having your health checked out as well.
There will be some help. Theres a lot of people on this web community who have been in the same situation and do understand what you are going through. Theres a lot of good advice here and I'm sure they will be some for you soon.0 -
Ok hun, as Isy said deep breaths and try to calm down. Yes it seems awful now but this is not worth making yourself ill over. People on here who might seem strong and determined have nearly all been where you are now, they have got it through and that means you can as well.
Firstly, are these payloans coming out on the exact day you get paid? If it's a day after then take all your wage out as soon as it come in and move to a new basic account with another bank (if fact get this set up straight away anyway since these companies have your current bank details). If there is no chance of doing this is there any way you can extend the loans further for a fee?0 -
OP: Have you read through SaltnVinegar's advice yesterday? http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=36671369&postcount=3, it really is good advice.
Phone the bank and tell them your card has been stolen.
If you don't have any debts with the co-op, phone them up and set up a co-op cashminder account http://www.co-operativebank.co.uk/servlet/Satellite/1193206368743,CFSweb/Page/Bank-CurrentAccounts
When do your wages get paid in
When do the payday loans go out - can you extend for 1 more month?0 -
I get paid on 20/09/2010...monday..........and yes they are taking loans out of my wages. what a mess......two have agreed to give me 30 days for C,C,C,S TO send my payment proposals but wonga and payday express have said noway. So £1100 will come out monday. Thanks for your posts......cant afford to go to GP.DONT WANT ANY RECORD OF ME BEING ILL,might lose my job.I'm just on robot going through the motions.I have posted my SOA but cocked that up put in new post not here......cant do that right !!0

Have you thought about phoning your bank to say that you've had your card stolen (i Know not the most honest, but hey desperate times
).
I did this when I was in the same boat a few months back, they blocked the card straight away, and because I had reported stolen, I think i told them I thought my lodger had taken it (I don't have a lodger btw), they put a total block on the card. Its worth a try.
Only had to wait 3 days for a new card as well, good luck hun.Don't Judge anyone until you've walked a mile in their shoes......Proud to be dealing with my debts - LBM 29/07/2010 = Debt at LBM £8,412.93[STRIKE]£5267.50[/STRIKE] £3740.84 left
, dealing with it one day at a time and no longer alone.
Planning to be well on the way to being debt free by my 40th  - 03/10/20120 -
