Basically i've been paying vanquis online but silly me put my capital one card number for the reference instead of my vanquis one, so vanquis put the payment of £80 into a holding account (which they only admitted when i mentioned my own bank and the law) now the bank cant get the money back and vanquis wont accept the payment. what am i to do? vanquis have now added on late charges and over credit limit charges, knowing full well this problem has been going on 2 weeks. Guess their not good then all i needed it was for a couple of months and then pay it all off

At last after a complaint and lots of phone calls, they found the money they had all along and i've paid my balance off
