Hi
I have "completed" the house purchase in London.
I want to know what all documents should I be receiving from my coveyancing solicitors. Please list Original or Photocopy as the case may be.
So far, I have received:
1. A completion letter from my solicitor (original)
2. Land Registry record (Photocopy)
3. A colored map of the site (Original)
4. Photocopy of the original deed signed by the first-ever owner of the propery some 30 years ago, which was bought from the land developers then
5. A questionnaire (Original) from the seller who sold me this house.
please let me know if anything is missing? Also if I happen to need any more documents which the conveyancing solicitor has (but I never received them from solicitor - just in case ..) then can I contact my solicitors on a later date, say 6 or 7 years later?
Kindly reply.
Thank you
