Does anyone konw the implications are of the following please...
Couple, 2 kids currently receiving both CTC & WTC
Claimant 1 works 17 hours per week (as disclosed on claim)
Claimant 2 works 12 hours per week (as disclosed on claim)
Claimant two has had no work at all during August and so far only has only worked 12 hours during September.
Does this mean a potential overpayment has been made with regard to Working Tax Credits.
Thanks in advance for advice

Thank you for your response. If the hours continue as they are l will no doubt have to inform them, but l was in a bit of a panic thinking about overpayments. Thanks again0

You don't need to inform them unless your income drops by £25000.paulofessex wrote: »Thank you for your response. If the hours continue as they are l will no doubt have to inform them, but l was in a bit of a panic thinking about overpayments. Thanks again0
